Lol no not yet. Been at work all day and I won't be off until midnight. So ill have to check tomorrow morning. It sounds easy but id just like to see some visual aids if possible I just need to know where to look. I'm still new to my SS. Only had it for maybe 5 months. I've learned a lot since I joined this site but I still don't know what half of the stuff in my engine is. But I'm getting there.

Lol I agree but I couldn't find it either. This is the only thing that comes close but I don't know if its the same one. Its suppose to be for a cobalt SS. I do know cobalt and HHR SS share some of the parts. But idk if this would be one of em.

Does that site give us a option to pick angled or straight?

Green "installed" one is for lower 5-15 psi, yellow spring is for 15-23 psi.

Just got mine yesterday but haven't really looked at it yet. The spring laying in the box was golden in color but I'm sure that is the "yellow" one.

After 120 miles so far, love the response and hold of boost.

With the stock bypass/BOV, I used to wonder if the power would be there, when accelerating at 3/4 or half pedal, and then pushing to the floor, sometimes the power was there, sometimes it would stay same (stuck).

Now it's accelerates every-time with Boost!!!! PSI shoots up and zooom everytime....not sometimes. Also find I am coasting more, rather than always having a foot-into-it! At speed so much faster, efficiently. Love it!

I also reset my fuel average to see if that gets back to over 30mpg like when my BOV/Bypass is replaced all the time.

------------------Another great feature ----------------------
I can replace the spring without removing the whole thing. Just unscrew the cap the vac connects to and swap springs.

With your mods I am assuming that you are boosting more than 15 psi also that you left the green spring (5-15 psi) in the valve when you installed it. That puts you outside of the effective range of the pressure relief. Any issues? Has anyone installed the yellow spring?
