Ok no power at the IP fuse.
I'm having you check the bcm3 fuse to confirm we have connection to the under hood fuse box. You can pull the fuse to test, just one of the the pins will have power. We are testing the B+ bar inside the under hood fuse box.
If your battery connections are good to the under hood fuse box and there is no power to the B+ bus bar inside the under hood fuse box then the problem must be inside the under hood fuse box.

Ok. The big battery cable that connects to the front of the under hood fuse box powers up the B+ bus bar inside the under hood fuse box.
If you have power there and no power at bcm3 than there is a problem inside the under hood fuse box. (Just be sure that the battery cable conection is good to the box ).
Without power to the B+ bar your car won't start.
The under hood fuse box also known as a power distribution center. ( P.D.C.) snaps together and can be taken apart.
Most people mess with it a little and end up replacing it because they were unable to repair the inside contact plates.
When you moved the fuse box replacing the trans mount the connections inside the box must has got moved and are no longer making contact like they should.

Yes it can be separated.
There was a post on here where someone had dissembled the under hood fuse box but I have not found it yet.
I would take pictures during the dissemble to help you put it all back together.
Good luck.
