Great. Thanks, can you tell me something else...? Do the panel doors have electric locks like the rest of the doors? Specifically, you lock all your doors and and you pull the interior handle of a panel door, does it open or is it disengaged? Thanks!

I don't think the doors have locks. I have accidentally popped one after I had locked everything. There is no interior lock on the rear doors either.

Can anyone confirm this by locking all the doors while inside the vehicle and then try to open a panel door using the inside handle? Thanks.

Much appreciated. This is valuable information to my project.

I wonder why, however, there are 4 wires going to a panels latching mechanism? Seems like it would only need one 12v + one ground to pop the door. Unless the other two are a door-ajar sensor. Or there is an integrated relay perhaps. Hmmm... I will find out today.

Yep. Got the wiring diagrams from the dealer today. There is a pair of wires to pop the door, a pair for a door ajar sensor, and then of course a pair for the speaker. Also, there are all kinds of relays and diodes and crap for the panel doors but they are located somewhere else. This is going to be a blast!
