I totally dig LOST! What was up with that episode where Jin tells Hurley he is speaking Korean. Totally tripped me out.

I love that show!

1) Benard was alive with the people from the Tail. I thought that was great. Rose knew he was Alive.
2) Kate is hot
3) If Hurley is worth $115 Million dont you think his Mom would spend millions trying to find him.
4) Locke is great, there is so much going on with him.
5) What would happen after 108 minutes of not pressing the button.
6) Walt i'm sure is alive and I do belive Michael will find him

I didn't watch a single episode of the 1st season, but a friend of mind got me hooked a few weeks ago. I've already gone by the local video store and rented the first 6 episodes of the 1st season. I have been watching from the day they crashed and still forget most names on the island. This week looks good :thumb:

My girl is all into reading up on it and trying to figure out whats going to happen.I say just wait and see..

The next few episodes should have alot to do with the michael story. The kid is aging too fast and since 2 years has gone by when only a month or two has supposed to passed, they are going to end the whole michael story. There should only be a handful of new episodes until next season.

I have no problems rememebering character names because I only give a damn about one character on the show, Mr. Echo. He is the only charcter that holds my interest on that stupid show. I loved the week when they had the dude in the hatch and he went in and told him the story about bashing the two guys heads in with a rock. Then he proceded to tell him about how their blood felt on his hands, showed him how sharp his knife is and then walked out. That was ruthless! I loved when they showed him back in Africa and he cut three guys necks with one slice and then tried destoying his brothers church. Or when that black fog approached him and he didn't even flinch because he has no fear. At least there is one thing to keep me interested when my wife forces me to watch it.

Like the violence and the sense of dimented psycho-minded ruthless characters, do ya' Capt'n. lol

Yup psychotic, cold, scary, big, and he's a man of god in some kind of weird way. There is blood on his holy stick. I actually get into the show when he's in the story. His character is really well writen and the actor pulls the role off perfectly. I actually kind of like that I have seen similarities between some of the scenes on lost and some scenes in some of my favorite sci-fi and horror films. But then other times I just have to say how stupid it is. Like the fact that there is a polar bear on the island.

Jeez, after hearing all the stuff on the post about it, it sounds kind of interesting. However, I get my 10 yr old son for dinner on Wednesday nights, and it's just coming on when I drop him off and I'm headed for my hour plus drive home. Now my son, he can tell you all about it. My ex and her hubby and my son don't miss an episode... ha

Awesome show. I got the set of DVD's from last season and lent them to someone here at work and now God knows who has them.

A few comments on the show:

Claire is the hottest one on the island!

Notice how most have serious issues with their fathers? (Kate, Sawyer, Locke, Jack, Walt, Jin, Sun and the others we know little or nothing about dad--Hurley, Boone/Shannon, Ana Lucia, Eko)

What if they are all already dead and this island scenario is just playing out in their final seconds before the plane impacts? Think about it, what is the sound they all hear as they go into flashback? A whooshing sound--kinda like the sound we heard from the plunging plane.

He wins the lottery, he plays the numbers, the numbers are on the hatch door, its becasue of the numbers he is there in the island. Food comes out of the sky. They said Libby was a doctor. Some things do not make sense. Oh well time will tell.

How long do you think they can actually milk the show though? I don't see how they could actually drag it through another season. But then again what do I know. Most of the shows I like are lucky if they make it a season with the exception of The Simpson, Family Guy, South Park, and 24.

I agree with what you have to say. I was so shocked with the ending, Can not wait till next week. I think they are ready to end the season in the next few weeks.

I don't think she is dead...especially with the pillow strategically placed (what was that?). But she will be out of commission for a while, the merry band of mauraders will assume it was Henry, head out to do the OK Corral thing with "the others" then she will wake up and spill the beanage.

I am struggling to keep up with this season. It is a bit convoluted, soap-opera-ish and storlylines have little continuity. Whatever happened to the smoke monster/security system thing? Danielle the Wandering Butcher? Desmond? The Army of Annihilation that Jack was raising?

For me, the show is leaving the surreal and delving into the inane and unbelievable. I mean what these people need to do is have a powwow and share want they know and what they learned (maybe belting down a few tequila shooters and a handfull of Prozac wouldn't hurt either!). But more important then that, the writing team needs to be locked in a cage and told to come up with contiguous storylines that don't disappear for months at a time.

I just finished watching and all she said was michael. Then she passed on. Not sure why they did that, since they just told us a little about her, and kill her.

I seen it. Still not happy that nothing was really answered last night. Yes they said what made the plane crash, but everyone already guessed that. And we found out who the true leader of the "others" are, but not much of anything else. Did you notice that the guy who was in the hatch first(forgot his name) the one who saved Desmond, was also the same guy who took Sayid during the war flashbacks.

WOW about last night. First Off:
Desmond cant leave the area. Its the magnetic force which is why he got to the island in the first place. It must mess up compas. Plus that system Error is the reason why the plane crashed. However if you recall the epsiode when I cant remember the pregnent girl was taken by the others, that in the nursary there were small planes on top of the crib moving around in a circle. The Island for a fact did take down the Oceanic Flight, it did bring desmond's boat, and the French Lady's boat as well. I liked how the notes from the viewing room just sat in the field. Plus what happend to the people in the other hatches? Are they all the others? I do not think we have seen the last of Michael and Walt. Plus I would also find it hard to belive that Locke, Ecko and Desmond are dead. I think half the shows for next season would deal with the others with Jack, Sawyer and Kate. Plus on the plane side you would have shows with Hugo and Sayid trying to get them back.

I thought it sucked and for a couple of minutes I thought they killed Ecko. I seem to think most episodes suck though, I watch it because of my wife. :lol: Who knows what the hell the deal was with the key and what happened after that guy turned it. Or the other base in the snow. :confused: That was one of the worst season finales ever. :roll:

I thought that Kelvin was one of the leaders in the hatch where they took pregnant Claire. Ethan was showing Claire the baby's nursery and "Kelvin" called Ethan into the hall to admonish him. Could be wrong...been a while.

If the "others" are the "Good guys", as they claim, then I don't think I'd want to see the "Bad guys".

The plane people can not be the bad ones.
