en0oNmAI 04-21-2006, 11:04 PM Bottom sides are the gold lines logos that came with the springs from Mike and the window ones are my car club logo for Stage 2. The wheels have the indents filled with yellow reflective vinyl and I am having a local shop help me come up with a full body vinyl package in yellow reflective. I figure I might as well make the thing seen. So far we have an old school feel to the look. But I am not sure I like it. I am trying to stick with a retro/vintage look for the over all. Hope everyone likes. And yes, it does look a LOT like Mike's. Not my inpiriation but with the limited aftermarket there's not a lot you can do to make it 100% unique. My muffler is different at least!
dbarberaz 04-21-2006, 11:07 PM en0oNmAI where did you take the pics at? I am up in Phoenix.
Photos look good. :thumb:

O6ChevyHHR 04-22-2006, 08:08 AM looks great keep us posted on any future mods!
SoCalHHR 04-22-2006, 01:10 PM You might want to skootch that muffler out a bit more; things will get "dirty" under there real quick with black emmisions film. Just a tip.
Looking good! :thumb:
kodak_jack 04-22-2006, 01:32 PM IMHO, I would ditch the front license plate holder if you're not using it. If you don't want to fill and paint the holes, you might be able to push in the round plastic "Christmas Tree" fasteners used all over the car and paint the heads of those.

Haven't had any problems so far. But thanx for the tip!

Hey - my bad! From the first rear-angle pic it looked like the tip was back further under the bumper (can you see what I'm talking about from the pic?). Looking again at the side profile pic I can see where it does stick out some. Just be sure to clean off the residue from under the bumper occasionally and you'll be good to go. :thumb:
Nice ride! (I like the color! ) Are you making plans for a grille eventually?

I would love to do the grill but I really don't want to have to cut anything. I have found a couple companies that do different grills. One site has a vertical bar grill. I like the one you have on yours Mike. Only thing I would change would be to add a bow tie to the front! ;) And no sweat on the muffler thing. It does look kind of strange from differnet angles but the only reason I wanted to stick with the "fart can" style muffler was because it came with a silencer! I can take it out at the strip, cruises, or cruising for strippers  ! And then again when driving it everyday to and from work the silencer makes it sound like it did stock. I am really thankful that everyone has been so positive of my ride and what I have done to it. Thank you all for your thoughts, praises, and criticisms.
SoCalHHR 04-22-2006, 11:56 PM Well, more grilles will be coming out soon, so your choices might increase! :D
Hang in there... :thumb:
SIHHR 04-23-2006, 12:47 AM I'm looking foward to different grilles
BlackHHR 04-23-2006, 12:53 AM I'm waitting for more options to come out before I make any desicions on the grill.
It's the first thing you see when you walk up to it in the driveway.
Krejaton 04-24-2006, 04:26 PM Cute daughter! Ya ever call her JuJu Be? But I can't believe you let her put her sticky hands on your baby!
Oh, nice ride too :D
scaleguy 04-27-2006, 09:20 AM great pics and a nice location, I just found a covered bridge negging to be the back drop for pics of my "baby"
Navyflyer11 04-27-2006, 09:56 AM I don't know if I would go with a full body graphics kit in reflective yellow. It might look like you were always taking the short bus to school.
