Just wondering-does the factory head unit have an amp, or is all the power from the amp in the back next to the subwoofer? Then it would have to be a 5 channel amp,and a small one at that.

He did a great sub replace. :thumb: In a photo he did there was an amp I believe in the back panel. He replaced it all. His looks great! I'm sure he'll see this and link you. captain howdy 04-24-2006, 11:56 AM I think the amp in back drives all of the speakers but I am not 100% sure. I only tested the lines at the speakers not before the amp. Navyflyer11 04-24-2006, 12:03 PM I'm with Capt. I 'm not 100% sure about the amp in the back. I do know that I unpluged one of the plugs and lost sound to the speakers in the front though. That makes me belive that it is the one. erf2u 04-24-2006, 12:31 PM Here are the schematics for the Radio and speaker system.
