Hi, I'm new to this forum. I bought my HHR in December 05, and I love it.
This is what it looks like for now, I have more plans...alot more ;) I'm going retro with it. :) I work for GM in the bodyshop. I'm sponsored by fast wheels, so I'll have new pics soon.

Not my cup of tea. Colors do go good together, just not something I would do. But what counts is that you like your car not what anyone else (me) thinks. :thumb:

Well I gotta' admit when I saw the thread say Pink and Blue...I was skeptical, but yiou made it work :bow: ...I think that combining colors, especially going against what is normal has always been a weakness of mine as a customizer...I have never gotten it right :( ...what other plans do you have?

I once built a Ford Ranger pick-up for a customer and he asked for a sweet dark blue metallic, then during assembly he showed up with all kinds of neon pink trim pieces, it didn't work and I think it was because his pink wasn't metallic like the color you used...

My other plans are of course my wheels (19"or 20"), bagging it, side exhaust, old school grille/logos. ...I have a 350 sitting here at home..it may be my swap option, I just need to find a good s10 frame and we'll see. If not I'm going turbo, custom set-up.

I was thinking the same thing. While I think the pink is a very nice color...mixing the 2 just didn't do much for me...but as long as you're happy...that's all that matters. Keep us updated on the other mods.

I agree..I usually like the deflectors on cars but it doesn't fit the HHR..The picture was so big I didn't even notice it before..

Those are my 2 FAVORITE colors, I think I would have switched them, pink on top! BUT you can't go wrong with those colors.....I give 2 thumbs up!!!!
