I took my first road trip from Washington, DC to Charleston, South Carolina. The HHR handled flawlessly. Overall (combined highway and city) mileage was 31.5 mpg. No problems doing 80-85 on 95 south. Coming from an FX35 I was pleasantly impressed by the handling and acceleration of the HHR.

During my 5 day trip I saw 16 other HHRs. The color breakdown was as follows:

daytona blue - 5
dark silver - 4
silverstone - 3
sandstone - 3
black - 1

The only negative was a small windshield ding approximately in line with the rear view mirror. Enjoy the photographs!

Nice. I visited South Kakalaki once. Back in 1991, I was there for 3 months at Parris Island. Didn't get to see a whole lot. Learned a lot though :D
