Can someone break down this VIN: 3GNDA73X48S594698 so I know what options it has and whether it has LSD or not.

Breaking down the VIN will not reveal that info...........

 

I think you need to look in the glove box for build codes. It's a bunch of three digit numbers.

 

The RPO for the LSD is G85 so see if that RPO is on the label in the glove box. Copied this from one of the threads on the forum.

isn't the limited slip only available on the 2009 5-speed models?

 

Depends on what you're asking... if you're limiting the question to "for 2009, isn't it only available...," yes. If you're limiting the question to "isn't it only available on 2009...," no. I have it in my 2008 5-speed.

 

i thought it was new for 2009.

was it only available on the 5-speed in 2008?
