Sport Red Metallic, goes good with the Wine Country in Grimsby. Traded in a 2004 Buick Rendevous.....the HHR is a great car. Friend of mine in Grimsby likes it so much, he got rid of his PT Cruiser and got a LOADED HHR, Silver, with boards, spoiler, chrome wheels, satelite radio, leather..... Lets get together some where in Hamilton, or Stoney Creek, Grimsby ...

Black LS in toronto.......according to dealership i was the 3rd person in ontario to own an HHR !!!! Purchased it on October 21st 2005 !!!

Blue Daytone HHR LT in Toronto. Only seen 1 other blue one and a few other HHR on the Road in Toronto. Not many people in the GTA buying the HHR.

I'm from the Ottawa area and have a 2006 Daytona Blue HHR LT. I've had it a week now.

I haven't seen a lot of HHRs around here at all.

I live in St. Catharines Ontario and ordered an 07 LT on January 24/07. Does anyone have an idea about how long I will have to wait to get it. The dealer said that it would take 10 to12 weeks. Doesn't this seem a little too long. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping that the delivery wouldn't take so long. Like you, I wouldn't be happy with a 12 week wait. I guess I will just have to hope it gets here here a little quicker than yours.

PS. I work for GM here in St. Catharines so if it takes a little longer to get here, it means they are building lots of them and that is good for GM.

We just bought the sport metallic red, LT, 5 sp., cashmere interior. We were told 8 weeks. The wait is so hard!

I think a local gathering in the summer is a wonderful idea. Keep me posted.

I think a meet at Niagara Falls or maybe Wheels Inn in Chatam would be cool. It could draw HHR's from Michigan, New York and Ontario. Last time I was at the Wheels Inn, there was a giant Corvette group in most of the Hotel.

Niagara Falls area sounds like a great idea - perhaps Niagara on the Lake - a bit more classy for our classy little cars! Wouldn't we fit in just right driving down the main street with the horse drawn carriages!

Anyone interested?

From C4th ON (Seaforth). An hour north of London. Work as a supplier in Stratford (bearing maanufacturer). Originally from just outside of Sudbury, ON so I guess I qualify for both Northern and Southern ON. lol

I'm in Whitby! although I don't have one in my driveway (yet), when my Avalanche lease comes up later this fall, I've given a lot of thought to the HHR.

It looks awesome tricked out with graphics, etc. on the windows, so that might just be my next "promo vehicle". I have my email down the side of my Av right now, but it would look awesome on the back bumper of a summit white HHR LT with chromies :thumb:

Hello all, I live in London. Bought my HHr in Sept and alredy have over 10,000KM(6,500miles). Just can't seem to stay out of it! Colour is Golden Teal Metallic. Don't seem to see too many that colour. Maybe I'm colour blind and it's not as nice as I think?:lol:

Yup, I've just learned not to open my doors fully.

The (Unofficial) HHR Club of WNY would be more than happy to have any interested Canadian HHR owners or enthusiasts join us for any of our informal and very laid back gatherings. While most of us are on the US side of the border, there are a few folks from southern Ontario who regularly participate. Just look for us on the Regional - Northeast US forum postings! :thumb:

Hey there. If you want fog lights the GM ones sometimes come up on ebay, or you look to www.gm-parts-dealer.com as they ship to canada. However you need to do some wiring and maybe reflash the onboard computer. Aftermarket may be easier. There are a couple how-to threads here on it I think, lots of good info here. :)
As for the snow problem, I have seen a couple posts on here about the front door crunching, but cant remember what the solution was. You might try the mudflaps, which would also cut down on stone chips on the rear fenders.

Hello All, Just picked up my 08 HHR 5 speed stick last week and have really been enjoying it. Still not too many on the road here in Windsor the home of the Minivan. Does anyone know of any good Canadian websites for parts like smoothie hub caps and replacement interior parts, I leased my HHR so I can only change things that I can put back to normal. I've found a lot on the web but a lot of places won't shipp to Canada and when they do they seen to think that we are on the other side of the globe when you see the shipping charges.

After seeing the HHr owners out there I think I am the youngest in town driving one,...crazy at 42!
Love all the info from all over,checked it out just before I got my 2009 HHR in the fall. So far so good, after giving up my Sunfire which I loved, I wondered how it would react on the corners and in the snow. Yes I am going from one car extreme to another, it corners okay being what it is, and its hard to tell with all the snow this year,but I have noticed I have to be less agressive in it.
One question,anyone know of places I can dress up my new ride,window decals,chrome door handles etc.?
Have checked out a few places in town and some sites but not too much around other than the norm.

Welcome and agree a great colour choice, would of chosen that myself but wanted the striking Red/Black interior, which wouldn't look good with the IBM colour. But I sure wrestled with the decision

First post here, a former (or very shortly will be) Pt Cruiser owner since 2001 (Silver 2001 and Silver 2004) but now will be (if the dealerships decide who I will buy it from) a White 2010 Panel HHR. Radioaman or Radioa for short from Chatham. Looking for the summer (already!) so I can do some needed mods (already thinking what I am going to do and I dont even have it yet!!)
