i watched a guy on a web video extolling the virtues of adding pure acetone to the tank. his mileage nearly doubled.
the idea is that gas doesn't vapourize very well, but acetone causes there to be less surface tension, and causes smaller droplets in the vapour, basically.
comments? unhealthy? possible?

I heard that if you shake your gas in a gas can before dumping into your tank tha the molecules will align with the full moon as hale bop passes by and you will see 1736.34 mpg.
Sigh....... a sucker is born everyday.

Look at it this way, if it worked, the big boys would be selling it already.
