GDZHHR 05-07-2006, 08:36 PM :thumb: Thanks for the pics. I was wondering how the lower billet would work with the stock upper. Not too bad.
Like what you've done so far.
cj krause 05-07-2006, 08:37 PM Looks great

SIHHR 05-07-2006, 08:38 PM I like the look of the front of the car as well. Especially with the old school chevy graphic

SoCalHHR 05-07-2006, 09:25 PM Hey Deb - here's a new tip, fresh in:
One of the guys at Solvang "blacked out" every other bar on his billet lower grille.
The apparent "wider spacing" seemed to make it match the top factory grille a bit better!

All it takes is a can of semi-gloss black spray paint and some prep time.
Hope it helps!

Holmes Hot Ride 05-07-2006, 09:58 PM Deb. Looks good and thanks for the pictures.
booksmitty 05-08-2006, 11:25 AM Looks very nice. I like the SoCal stickers on a Colo. Car. That will be a conversation starter. Good idea.
I like what Mike said about the painting every other "brill" (grill billit) It did look nice at Solvang.
courthousedeb 05-27-2006, 04:51 PM Here's some updated photos of things I have done. Thought I'd add them here. Taken with cell phone this afternoon. (I know...I need to lower it...just not sure I want to yet.) :red:
New Wheels - American Racing Casino - kept stock tires for now.

Same as above...just a little closer. Need to take it to the park or somewhere and get a full on look.

BamaHHR 05-27-2006, 06:40 PM Looks great, Deb! I really like the wheels. Can't wait to see pictures of them with a "real' camera ;)
txsman2930 05-27-2006, 07:08 PM It's looking great Deb. Colorado....I miss that place. I need to get back there for some skiing soon. Nice to live in the most beautiful backyard in the world.
BryceStrong 05-29-2006, 06:29 PM Nice. So is the application of those '55 decals simple? Or did you need to do anything special for them?

It's a piece of cake Bryce. Biggest thing is getting it aligned where you want it. Once I had it where I wanted it, went across it with a credit card, pulled off the backing and it was done. Can be done in just a few minutes.
