Ok guys I know I'm not supose to do this but I'll give you a linke to the Directed website and the password to access the database. I have been a professional installer and this has always help me. It tells you what every wire inside every car that pertains to audio, remote starts, keyless entry, security, etc. Very useful

Cool thanks for the info, sometime if I get brave enought to play with the wires I will have to check it out.

Directechs is a great source...but they've been wrong for me on many occasions (especially with the remote start wiring).

Regardless of what they say, make sure you test everything first!

I've never had a problem with any info that I got from DEI. I actually like the TechSoft program better. (different format) But you should never take anybodys word on what a wire is. ALWAYS TEST EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! This will help you narrow down your selection of wires and locations.

The password is dead because the account was abused. I feared letting others know the password would come back to haunt me. I no longer have access to the account.

does it give you like a printable PDF file so you can have it availiable when you mess with the wires?
