OK, now that the thread is moved, and is locked, what I wanna know is..

Can I be member of the NorCalHHRs guys????

I closed it as more responses were about the Thread being under Gen. HHR than Regional. It isn't a true site as yet. I used photos of some from NorCal who went to Solvang.

No one is a member, as yet. I was wanting to see how much interest there would be from everyone and also those in NorCal. I actually hoped for others to get the idea of a site of there own, but mostly for feedback on the temp. site I was building.

When comments hit 50% as to where the Thread was placed I just gave up.

Some can't seem to see the forest for the trees, I guess.

If this gels I'd be pleased to have you involved.

I would like to buid a "network of friends" rather than an inclusive, exclusive club.
But that's just my thoughts.
If I decide to do this, I begin a thread after I have purchased a domain name and PLACE IT UNDER REGIONAL!:frown:

The link still works I think if you want to peek at the sample site.

Does the song "The Inmates are running the Asylum" mean anything?

Now I can post what I was going to before it was locked. Cool idea Booksmitty! :thumb: I wish I could do something like that for western NY. :( I definitely don't have your skills on the computer.

Thank you very much. If you can navigate here, (select proper thread placements) you could probably do a site.

I would agree and be more than happy to be part of it. I had wished to be part of the SoCal Solvang run, but I had too many commitments for that weekend.

Perhaps, like you mentioned, a more local G2G with HHR friends could be worth doing.

Keep me informed on anything new...Thanks, Erwin

Looking for ideas. I like the website I'm toying with. In fact I may move my church's site to this format and host.
http://www.norcalhhrs.citymax.com/page/page/3395775.htm

But is $20 month, which is till cheap but I need some ideas to pay for it. I know we can sell window vinyl stickers with NorCalHHRs on them, but we'd need to do more than that.

Any ideas NorCal?:usa:

I love CityMax, Craig! I host both of my company websites there:

SoCalHHR's (http://www.socalhhrs.com)

WF Studios (http://www.wfstudios.net)

Not only are they affordable, but editing is quick and easy. I can literally change pics or text in under a minute. Very helpful when you don't want to spend all day working on your website.

Perhaps you can have someone design a cool T-shirt and have NorCal members "join" your site, getting a free T-shirt with paid membership?

Sounds like a great tool for networking the NorCal HHR members together...

Best of luck with it! :thumb:

Can you add Google links as a way to bring in money?
