As for post-surgery, I can't help, but I say day before take the day off, rent some movies, and give it a final farewell

Jeff it really isn't that bad. They do the procedure in the Dr. office. You should be in and out inside an hour. When I had it done the after effect was really not very bad. Just have a few of these to dull your senses. After two days I was back to normal.

Make sure you keep your "Barn Door" closed and the area behind it protected from dogs, kids and what not. It can be a little touchy to the unexpected incident.

Dudes.
An hour in the stir-ups for a snip and a band-aid as opposed to major surgery and 6 weeks on disability.
Couldn't drive for 10 days, or do laundry and had Netflix--and only took the valium once.

You'll be fine--will think good thoughts for you.

@ngelita...

Oh yes--props for you doing this and not your wife. Most guys won't...good luck.

Well, when we took our little Big Jake, a kitty (we called him that because when he walked he had to keep his hind legs apart for his, you-know-what), into Dr. Pet Vet's to get snip-snip-chop-chop, they said he'd 'mellow out a little'... well he's even more crazy.

Saying I 'feel' for you is not quite the word... I have an idea to the point of understanding, and I wish you good luck, and I hope the Dr's hands don't shake too much.

Your doctor is in a good relationship and not mad at the world, is he? Anyways. Take one for the team dude.
