Okay I finally finished installing the unit. It wasnt that difficult at all. Everything was exactly as it was described on the included instructions manual (same pdf they have on their site). It was like solving an easy puzzle for 2nd graders.

People who thought that the case was made of plastic will be shocked to know that its not! THE CASE IS MADE OUT OF METAL. The only plastic part is the intake tube where the MAF connects to. Well thats it! I'm going to run the car tomorrow for 30 miles (work commute) to see if there are any noticeable changes in performance. It would be nice to actually see dynos for this mod to really know what kind of impact it has on the engine, but I guess thats just something we will have to wait for.

Performance was noticeable..

In low gear I was able to spin the front tire..

good luck! you'll enjoy getting that installed. I think the hardest part was getting the grommets and rubber bumpers installed in the new casing. Other than that everything was a breeze!

Well I just bit one one myself from that place it shipped out today..

i got home and put mine on tonight
it is loud, really howls
kind of funny
i am going to put it thru the mill tomorrow and see how it does.
do street and freeway and see how it works

drive it normal for a while and let computer get used to the difference

I didn't find it that much louder from the interior BUT #1 I am a musican and have probably lost hearing past 8k and #2 I didn't take it out on the road yet
