Went to one today and it was very nice. small town square shopping center with a Gazebo and angled wide sidewalks and they put cars on all of them and they roped off the area. over 80 cars and all very very nice.
i entered 2000's up trucks and there were 7 or 8 and 2 really nice custom flamed SSR's.

i figured i did not have any chance at all with the 2 SSR's there and to my amazement i won 2nd place. the red SSR won 1st. a lady owned it. real funny side note,,,, i didnt take a pic of my HHR in the show for the first time.

pics 15, 23 and 24 is the other yellow, black and oranged flamed SSR i beat out.
the 50 Chevy Truck won best of show 79 and under trucks. the red 57 in the 3rd pic won 50s cars

3 tall trophies, small one to right and plaque to right are the 1st place trophies. the one on the far left was today

The SSR flames are fine. But pin striping on the flame in front!?!?! Dumb...
