I'm thinking somebody must be confused to put me in the Canadian forum...LOL. Not that I mind being put with the Canuck neighbors, but hey...need to have something like "Frozen Northernerns" instead of by country then.

That makes sense! :welcome: :hhr: :yourock:

So what type of dry performance tires do you go for?;) :poke:

Heck I thought we in the northeast ( that would be upper southeast to you ) had reason to gripe about tire types:lol:

There is s fellow in my photography forum from Alaska. He goes out in the darkness and photographs the northern lights then shares with us his techniques and photos. He goes by the handle "Santa"!

Have fun in these forums. Lots to learn and tell.

Hello up there, You guys came up in a discussion, need some help here.
Since there`s so few HHR owners up there, do you feel like you`ve been traded or rejected, or are you doing just fine, life goes on, like it nice and QUIET...?

PS. If you GUYS/GALS had a "RIDE of the MONTH" contest for your region, would someone from INDIANA BE ALLOWED to enter?
If so ,I`ve got (3) people wanting to join the fun... Holla B/B

I was at NP AK several years ago while in the USAF. I had my buddy take a picture of me at Santa's house and another of me at the welcome sign.My kids know for sure that I am close to Santa. Man, that micky D's was always busy right off the highway.

If someone wanted to come up to Fairbanks, I'm sure I could come up with a fun drive that all would enjoy. Who wants to come up??

Alaska is Awsome. I find the snow nice... on a Snowmachine! HHR no issues in the snow. I've owned a couple diff model accords and a RWD pickup. So far its above adverage for a FWD car. I suspect a LSD would correct 1/2 the slipping in the snow. I would like to see an AWD HHR but, it wouldnt have been cheap enough for me to afford new at the time. I woulda ended up with the low end RWD Colorado even worst in snow. Too bad it cant pull my machine.
