Haven't seen this posted yet but thought I would ask. Has anyone had problems with the clicking noise not coming out of the tweeter when the turn signal was on? This just started yesterday and it will be silent 1 out of every 4 or 5 turns. Like the tweet was unplugged or something. Thanks for any feedback.:thumb:

Have you had any problems with your CD player doing the same thing? I have not heard that problem yet. I want to get rid of all the chimes in mine.

Are you sure that it's just the chime and not your signal light to thats not working?

No problems here, and nothing on the TSB notice

I've experienced this in my HHR as well. It happens so infrequently I don't pay it much attention.

When I've noticed this happening the light in the dash still blinks as if nothing was wrong, don't know about the turn signal outside. I'm assuming that like on many other cars, the dash indicator/clicking would flash at a different rate to let the driver know that a bulb is out.

Yep, this happened to me too, around 4000 miles. Only happened on two different occations though. I'm just over 6500 miles now and it hasn't happened since.

I checked this in my drive way. All exterior bulbs still blink and the dash light blinks. Its like the internal clicker sound stopped working. Happens every 6th click of the signal lever now! Not a PITA by any means. Just wish it was more consistant.. pick one. Work or don't. Just pick something!

Mine doesn't work depending on the volume of my radio. If I have the radio at a low volume I can hear the click and by the time I get to half volume I can't hear it anymore.

Have the same problem here, if the noise in the car gets above average or for that matter if the window is down and the outside noise is loud its hard to here the clicker. Also have found that if I do not buckle my seat belt and the warning chime goes off it will pretty much mask the turn signal clicker. Guess the GM did not design it to multitask at the same volume level
