i have 20" wheels and 225-30-20 falkens on it,... how low can i go? 2f 2b?

Here's my Buddy UMA's HHR with 225 x 35 x 20's with the Eibach Pro Kit Springs! Since you went with 30's you would probably go with the Eibach Sport Line Springs! Your ride is going to be very low but just don't know how practical!

Id say just for the eibach pro kit. That's like 1 inch drop. I think. I mean since your going with sum huge rims you might want to keep it to where you can drive it everyday. So don't go to low.

How do they like the ride on 20s I am buying them on Sun. and I hope I dont regret it after the rims I am going to get a sway bar then :confused:lower it the tire size is 225/35/20

you can installed goldline drop spring with no issues. Your tires are 25.3" O.D.

you can go as low as you want unless you dont want to cut or modify anything

just got the rims on I do not think the ride is much different to tell you the truth now I am going to lower it thinking of just doing the back so it looks level any reason why it maybe a bad idea or do I have to lower both front and back :confused:

something everybody forgets...when going to 20's, unless you are already running 18's you will GAIN height,, so when you lower it it will not be as low as say a LS with 17's unless your running a really tall tire on those 17's... lower the car, you'll be fine...
Tire diameter determines ride height as does spring height.
Doing the rear only will level the car,but leave some well gap... lowering both ends tightens up BOTH well gaps...looks better IMHO

This isn't necessarily the case. For example: 215/30r20 = 25.07" OD ....... 215/55r16 = 25.31" OD . .
215/50r17 = 25.46" OD

In this example, (one of many) the 16" & 17" original equipment sizes are taller than that of the 20" tires. So I might suggest that rim diameter alone doesn't tell the entire story. You can infact lower your car by just changing the tires to 20". However, the fender gap will increase anytime you install a shorter tire.

yes but you are oly talking about a 1/4 in diff....hardly worth worrying about..loose that much with tire wear....a bowling ball in the rear floor wil change you that much....

That's exactly what I was saying---You would not gain any height just because you change to 20" rims and tires.
