Personally, I have trouble with it often.

It won't recognize a lot of our common terms; says they are too small!

2LT
GCS
It won't look for any of these!

I know that the forum has to use certain programs to run this site but it would be helpful if it would recognize some of our specific key terms.

But this may not even be close to what you mean, what's it doing?

I've never had any problems with the search mode...once I started using it. If I have an idea of what I am looking for, I'll put in 2 or 3 words and it narrows down the results.

Mike...some of the terms you are trying to use are so prevalant in the forum that you'd probably get tons of pages of results. I'm not sure if admin sets the search terms or if it's something that comes standard with the vBulletin software program than runs it.

The problem I was having was that when I tried to serach, I would get the old "not found" windows page. Things are working fine today. I tend to believe that the server has a "brain fart" from time to time.

You're right and I do know how to use a search and that's why those terms would be helpful in narrowing down a search when used with other terms.

For instance, cgs intake ranther than just intake.....
