View Full Version : What the rst of the world thinks of our so called President.
tireman1554 11-27-2009, 11:48 AM Interesting what our brothers on the other side of the pond think of our current "so called" president.

hhrcrafty 11-27-2009, 03:32 PM Personally, I could care less. I didn't really care either when all of Europe seemed to be railing against George W. Bush in public but privately hoped he'd blast Al Qaeda and Saddam Hussein back into the stone age. What I do care about is the overall ignorance of the American voting public for putting this cavalier, America-hating community organizer in the Oval Office on nothing more than a big smile and a promise of "change". I have nothing but contempt for the liberal-biased media that helped install this pathetic excuse for a "President" as the commander-in-chief of our armed forces, who has been responsible for more American and allied deaths in Afghanistan than any other allied leader.
Bush went to Iraq on Thanksgiving and Christmas and helped feed our troops some turkey dinner. Obama filmed a photo-op playing a touch football game for the NFL to air on Thanksgiving this year. Who would you trust to send you into battle?
Jeff® 11-30-2009, 11:17 AM Pfffft!
Just another random right-wing blog of fictional BS.
joeblue 11-30-2009, 11:28 AM What a surprise that your link is a right wing site, buy the way there are far more right wing media outlets than any supposed liberal media outlets. Am I to believe that Bush was a great president and the world loved him. The world loathed him and for good reason, starting the Iraq war with lies, loseing 9 billion dollars in the desert, 12 billion a month spent on Iraq, money borowed from the Chicom buddies of his, torture, close to 1 million civilian Iraqis dead, 5 million displaced, and over 1 million orphans left, the American economy destroyed. I could go on about Bushes term but it's like shooting fish in a barrel. Eight years of hell and not a peep out of you. I know it's Clintons fault. BTW I'm a combat Vietnam vet which is more than I can say about Bush or 5 deferments Cheny.
joeblue 11-30-2009, 11:34 AM Yeah, and he lied about WMD'S to get those brave men and women in Iraq, besides the Turkey was made of plastic just like your war criminal Bush.
outlandishhhr 11-30-2009, 11:56 AM Amen Brother! (joeblue) Couldn't have said it better myself!
luisan 11-30-2009, 12:54 PM Hi,here in Italy they looove Obama,he's so cute,he's a charmer,he's a peace Nobel laureate(for what?)he will sign some Copnhagen agreement about global warming(hey,it's cold over here!),the stimulus plans that saved(?)millions of jobs and then "cash for clunkers"that helped sell a lot of Asian cars and in the end you'll get government health care.We have it over here,I had to have an MRI due to a motorcycle accident but in order to have it through the system for about $60 there was a 4(four)month wait so I had to pay out of pocket.I couldn't have waited so long. This is going to be the Obamacare that awaits you.By the way,I'm having a lot of fun driving my HHR on these roads.
HHR_ROX_CALI 11-30-2009, 03:21 PM I'll just say this: anybody that "aligns" themselves completely with either political party is part of the problem, not part of the solution. Nothing in this world is that black and white. Yet, people on both sides will seek out and interpret the "facts" as they would like them to be. The need to pick a "side" and stridently argue that their "side" is correct and the other is clueless (and worse!) is just plain ignorant. It's mental laziness, plain and simple. Do all of you that choose to label yourself the red gang or the blue gang really know exactly what your gang's position is on every issue? And, if so, do you agree with every one of those positions? And if not, why would you hurl stones at the other side when you might agree with them about a given issue? And do you realize that your own gang doesn't even agree within the gang?
solman98 11-30-2009, 03:33 PM Yeah, and he lied about WMD'S to get those brave men and women in Iraq, besides the Turkey was made of plastic just like your war criminal Bush.
So those scuds I was trying to avoid during my deployments were fake? Those sneaky bastards. Who would have ever though a fake missle could do so much.
tireman1554 11-30-2009, 03:47 PM Eight years of hell and not a peep out of you. .
I beg to differ. I never complained about MY service to our country. I did'nt finish my term and come back to "complain" because I was not getting sympathy. I signed my name to that blank check with honor and would do it again even under the current President. The link I posted was a different perspective from the outside.THATS IT! You people are too busy living in the past and having your own pitty party to realize what is really going on. LET IT GO MAN!
BTW; Thank you for your service.:usa:
I'm done!
IMPALADAKID 11-30-2009, 05:53 PM I am new here, but not to this stuff.
I will say that Bush was truly the worse President ever. I voted for Obama, and may have voted for McCain if he had not picked Pailin to run with him. But I was sure Obama was the guy. I listened to him at a town meeting, and even spoke to him, but now I am starting to have my doubts about him and his intentions.
And for the record, I was in the Navy during the Gulf War, and still feel the move to go back to Iraq was the dumest thing we could have done. If we had dropped that war in Afanistan, we may have gotten Binladen. As it is the guy who blew up those buildings in NY runs free. It was like one guy punching one guy, then that guy punches someone else. And they voted to lower VA benefits before going to war. WTF.
87silver 11-30-2009, 10:28 PM Did you see the closing?:
"the future of the western world may well hang in the balance"
Oh, woe is me!
VictorySpark08 12-01-2009, 12:38 AM Wow, This Thread will be closed shortly... It still amazes me when anyone Posts anything to do with the President or Economy, it still turns into a bunch of BS.
First Nobody care's who you voted for, everyone is free to vote how they wanted.
Second every President has "people" Doing some of his work, He's only human
Third economy is Not Totally Bushes fault or Obama's if you want to go blame someone go down you your local bank and ask for your bailout money back, that they used for there Christmas bonus.
Third Get over it, He posted a News article from over the pond on what they "think" of our Current President, Sure am glad were talking about the article and not what are personal feels on the President is, Either way whatever happens where all in it together for the next 3years.

Now is the time to do something about it if you don't care for how it's going. Posting in a car/HHR forum is not going to make it better..
