Here's one of our deck. 16" is our total so far. Last time we had snow this bad was in 2003. Which now reminds me of why I moved to Texas for 2 and a half years in 2003.

Wow, thats gotta suck. We have only have gotten an inch so far where I live in Ohio. It snowed and had freezing rain and sleet last night and it made for a slippery ride home from school last night, lol. I got up to get the kids ready for school this morning and it was all gone, it had warmed up over night and changed over to rain. Today it is very, very windy out 30-40mph winds with gusts upwards toward 60 mph.

WOW !! Usually we don't have anything this bad until around late Jan. or Feb. I'm really not diggin' on this considering just last week I was outside without a coat on and washing the HHR.Can't wait for summer !!! It does make for building some good snow forts though !! Oh, to be 12 again !!

Gotta Luv Calgary....

You bet. I've almost had enough over the last week though. I haven't been able to walk to and from my office because of the cold and snow and I feel like it is really starting to have an affect on me both mentally and physically.

I don't feel like going out and doing anything after I get home from work because it is so cold.

Things are almost starting to get pretty miserable. We need a chinook to blow in to make things all better.

Buy my house so I can move to Eastern Tennessee.
The town I like has 40s this week, 50s next.
Averages 50 high and 24 low for February.

We get plenty of white fluffy snow here.
You can have it.

I have 3 driveways and broke my snowthrower today :(
First storm I used it on.
They guy I bought it from is a stand-up kinda guy so is giving me full credit towards another

Just another reason why I don't mind the humidity of the summer here in Miami.

BTW..........today's high........86 degrees. Nothing like going to the beach in December!!

So how do the HHRs handling in the snow and ice?

So how do the HHRs handling in the snow and ice?

With the right tires it is pretty decent. The stock Firestone's which come with the 17inch rims are pretty poor.

I wouldn't know. I keep my SS in the barn when the white stuff falls. Had a great time with the new snowplow that I bought in Sept though.

On the + side, it's TIME FOR SNOWBOARDING!!!

Whatever happen to the first snow being 6inches, We went from 1inch a week ago and got blasted with a Foot. Funny part is 40 Miles East only got 4-6inches.

Getting Home wasn't fun. Living out in the sticks has its down falls. Made it all the way home and got stuck in the driveway. I need a Truck except can't afford one. :(
