SindyDix 06-28-2006, 10:21 PM http://www.curevents.com/vb/images/smilies/worth.gif BlackHHR 06-28-2006, 10:26 PM Sorry Mike I don't think I read the first post right.LOL I agree with Sindy on this one. captain howdy 06-28-2006, 10:36 PM The dual side pipe set up we were talking about before? BlackHHR 06-28-2006, 10:41 PM Thats what it say's under his post. I know that I'll have working pide pipes on mine as soon as they get here from SoCal. captain howdy 06-28-2006, 10:50 PM I guess I overlooked the obvious just like usual. :red:  BlackHHR 06-28-2006, 10:59 PM The dual side pipe set up we were talking about before? I did not see that untill you posted this CH. dan-d 06-29-2006, 12:08 AM I guess I overlooked the obvious just like usual. :red:  I missed it too. However, he could be like me and have only one lake pipe. I knocked my right pipe off on a curb. Fortunately for some reason it only received a small dent up where it's hidden under the car. So I picked up my pipe and what remained of my pride, and will be re-installing it back in place tomorrow, the pipe that is, can't do much about the pride...LOL The funny thing is, I heard a thump but didn't think much of it. But when I got home I discovered the missing pipe. I jumped in my wifes Daewoo and went back to the place where I heard the thump, fortunately some good natured individual picked it up off the street and placed it nicely up on the grass. See, there are still some good people around. :thumb: SindyDix 06-29-2006, 12:37 AM Teaser! cjnappo 06-29-2006, 09:47 AM going to drop it off at 11 am (excited) cjnappo 06-29-2006, 05:34 PM got some pics up in the gallery give all opinions thanks captain howdy 06-29-2006, 05:40 PM How is the back pressure with the dual set up? Does it feel like you lost any power? dan-d 06-29-2006, 07:30 PM I think it looks pretty good, brings back a little of the old day's when that look was popular. How's the sound and performance? cjnappo 06-29-2006, 08:34 PM seems to be good on the back pressure and the sound is loud not sure if i want it that loud but its cool turns heads its a flowmaster hush power 2 and custom pipes and tips wasnt sure if i would like the rectangle tips but they look cool all i know is that it spins the 20s now with the intake and exhaust ........i think i like it i wish i could post sound but dont know how teech 06-29-2006, 08:40 PM cool...i wanna do that with lake pipes...but itll never happen BlackHHR 06-29-2006, 09:03 PM I'll be doing it with 70" side pipes from Mike. They should be here soon. I would have done it with laker pipes, but you have to do alot of work to them and get them recromed. I like the look, and would love to hear it. JESSE 06-29-2006, 09:08 PM Look's good. I think those rectangular tips, they look good too! I would also love to hear how it sounds.:thumb: Lee3333 06-29-2006, 10:36 PM How did you run the muffler/pipes? If you could sketch the undercarriage, I would love to see the setup. I plan on something interesting once I finally get my car to the track for a baseline 1/4 mile time. |
