I am setting up my HHR to tow behind my 33ft Motor Home thats on a workhorse chassis (Chevy) and I am going to need some help/advice along the way...

The SMI Stay-n-Play brake system uses vacuum to operate the brakes on the HHR when I apply the brakes on the Motor Home. I have to run 3/8 hoses and 5 wires from behind the drivers seat floor board. Plus I need to attach a cylinder to the brake peddle shaft.

The cylinder has a cable needs to be attached to the floor board (in front of the peddle) just below the steering shaft. I will be using a 5/16 x 1 inch self tapping screw. Or I may have to use a 1/4 20 bolt with a fender washer. I crawled (No easy task) under the dash and looked but all I could see was a fiber glass sheet. What I am asking at this point is. The floor board is NOT made of fiberglass is it?
