What is the difference between a premium member and a Senior member?

senior member just means that you've reached a certain post count to become senior.

And of course, the Premium member means you've spent $5.99 to get all the cool benefits it affords. :thumb:

ah, figured it was a post count thing, just had 2 check. on some forums they use the length of time you are there.

DOH, just saw that I have 107 posts, so i guess I am not getting the Senior Member tag. LOL I had not realized I had posted so much, thought it was more around 40-50ish. LOL

Premium Membership negates all other titles. If your Premium Membership runs out your title will return to whatever level you are at.

I believe it went to $9.99 at the beginning of '07. The first time I went premium was Jan '07 and it was the $9.99 price.

It is 9.99 but i have gotten more info than that from the site. i enjoy reading the posts from everywhere and seeing what others have done to thier HHR's. I never did recieve my decal but that is ok made my own(have my own sign business).
I do have a few questions though....
1. why do I have to sign in twice to read posts and stuff?
2. why do the posts start with the oldest (original) one making you click to the end of the posts to see the new stuff?

1..... Site glitch, occured during an upgrade nearly 3 years ago.

2..... Check your "user CP" settings. You will be able to change your settings to work like you want. Also, if you click the little red arrow next to the thread title, you will be taken to the new posts of the thread, skipping all posts up to that point.

took me like 6 months to get mine. It wasnt really an issue to me since I am not putting the decals on the car till it is mostly finished, as i dont think it will ever be completely finshed. :lol:

I don't have decals, I can't even tell you who has paid to be a premium member and who hasn't. I have no admin authority. I have posted the complaints in the admin forum, but if admin doesn't answer I have no other relief.

This is one of the other issues. I'm sure Johnny even though not active is still paying for the site and domain fees. We don't want that to go away for sure. Has anybody approached him about selling the site?

I renewed, had to cause thats how I got aproved in the first place. If you pay you are auto/approved. When the year runs out that door closes, it let me back in when I renewed, Fine with me 10.00 is not much considering what you can find here.:chevyhhrnetrocks:

Yes, keep following "pay w/ paypal". When you get to the actual paypal screen you can then use the credit card options.

That's correct. When I joined I went to all the trouble of setting up a paypal account, then when I got to the end of the sign up process for premium membership, there was an option to use a credit card. :propeller:

Well I'll be a ...............! I wish I knew this before. I would have upgraded 2 years ago when I joined. Now I guess I'll see if I get that rare and endangered sticker.
