I picked up my 2LT HHR today and was surprized to hear that with the Red Tag sale going on they were reworking my contract and they gave me an additional $450 off. They did not have to do this but it was appreciated. I thought I had negotiated a pretty fair deal but with the additional $450 it was a great deal. If you don't own now, it is as good as any time to get your HHR. By the way after a 9 week wait I'm very happy with my first 50 miles and have turned a few heads already.

Congrats on the new whip. I'm suprised that you did not get any extra options with the 450 saved. Unless you got the car fully loaded.

Congrats! That is realy cool. I have never heard of a dealer in my area going back and sweetening the deal after.

Congrats and nice to hear a "feel good story" concerning dealers instead of all the negative BS! Enjoy the ride and welcome to a great fraternity of car enthusiasists!
