Kar Krazie 07-28-2006, 11:20 PM In case anybody is looking for a new house in Southern California, we are having an open house this saturday. It is located in Saugus, California. The house is almost 1,900 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 bed & bath downstairs) with a pool and spa. The price was just reduced to $669,000. We are considering offers lower than list price.

We just painted inside and out, we re-plastered and re-tiled our pool. All the appliances are brand new GE Profile Stainless Steel. All trees have been professionaly cut and manicured by our personal groundskeepers. The carpeting was recently shampooed and a new garage door was installed. We have also added on a 70 square foot room to the Master Suite that can be used as a nursery. It is also wired for an office.

Kar Krazie 08-06-2006, 10:05 PM Okay, the house is still available. The price will be lowered, plus some additional improvements will be added. If you are interested at all, please let me know, we want to sell this house. We can not move into our new house until we sell this one.
