View Full Version : Meet in eastern PA
Applenut 07-29-2006, 06:57 PM I'd like to help organize a meet in eastern PA, somewhere in the Allentown to Easton area.
This would be a good area to help include as many NY, NJ, MD, and DE members as possible. I'm looking for suggestions for a place to meet, possibly a park or something along those lines. Please post suggestions and comments so we can nail down a place then we can poll users for the best date to do it in a new thread. I want to get as many together as possible, you know, for the pics!:thumb:

SIHHR 08-01-2006, 05:40 PM It depends upon how far I have to drive. I'm game
Applenut 08-02-2006, 12:19 AM Looking it up on a mapquest using the movie theater as a reference point, I's seems like a good place.
It seems like a reasonable drive from SI, it's directly west just over the PA line.

Applenut 08-04-2006, 06:13 PM In general....are Sunday's good for everyone??
Teflonworm 08-04-2006, 10:47 PM Sundays are usually best for me. Im pretty good to make it with enough notice.
SIHHR 08-06-2006, 10:55 AM That works out for me too on a Sunday
cjnappo 08-07-2006, 01:12 AM yep yep yep sunday is good for me just let me know and is everyone good with the location:thumb:
Applenut 08-08-2006, 05:56 PM yep yep yep sunday is good for me just let me know and is everyone good with the location:thumb:
I think the area is perfect for a get together, since you know the area let us know which place (ex. Red Robin) has the best parking for our needs.
How is the 20th of this month for everyone??? That should give us enough time to get final info and directions to everyone who's interested.

greyghost 08-11-2006, 10:49 PM Cumberland MD here...better known as western Maryland...wuld love to go...but personally have plans for the near future. Just post when and where...and I will do everything possible to make it. And yes, Sundays are best for me as well.
cjnappo 08-11-2006, 11:33 PM sometime in sept is best work wise and there is a whole bunch of parking everywhere so no prob there
Applenut 08-11-2006, 11:50 PM I will take a drive up there and get a good idea of where we can meet and get everyone plenty of time to make this happen.
On a side note.
I haven't done much to our HHR, but my "SoCal Upgrade Kit" came in today, as soon as I get the hard starting problem addressed, the "Outlaw" get's installed.:D
