Have had the car a couple of weeks now, just about 1,000 miles. Locked car with remote like normal, nothing odd, home for the evening. It just has the factory horn alarm, nothing extra. A couple hours later around 9:30 the alarm goes. Horn blaring, lights flashing. Get outside, reset it, check around, nothing unsual going on. Back inside and about 2 minutes later it goes off again. I reset it, open and re-close all the windows and doors just to be sure. Re-arm it and then stand right next to it. Sure 'nuff, about 3 minutes and it goes off again. Then decide to spare the neighbors and just manually lock it w/o arming the alarm. Next day and everyday since, use the remote to lock it up and set the alarm and no re-occurance. Anyone else had something similar? Thanks for your thoughts.

Usually when that happens to me it's because something in my pocket pressed the panic button on the key fob.

"Usually when that happens to me it's because something in my pocket pressed the panic button on the key fob" - That was my first thought too, as my wife carries a ton of junk in her purse. But I had both transmitters with me. Dunno, maybe (hoping!) it's just a one time quirk. Thanks. Tom
