Found this while surfing this morning.... Not cheap, but a reputable German company... Weird body kit though...
Group 5 Motorsports, here in San Diego, has the stage 2 kit for $1400 and change... There's a dealer list on the KW website...

It's listed as......"05+(LT)"

Does this mean that they won't work on LS models?

Those don't look like true coilovers...I wouldn't buy them until I hear a review from an owner...

Here's the skinny on the details:

Still, with the HHR's weight bias, spring rates are going to make ALL the difference in the world. It's anyone's guess as to how well this kit will work.

Tried to call them...but they are "out to lunch!" (they close at lunch each day.)

Will keep you posted...

If it turns out to be a decent deal, I would like to put those on my ride.
If not, just new springs would make a world of difference.

KW typically offers a *very* nice set-up. No commnet on the price... but you get what you pay for (a completely adjustable- front&rear- coilover setup). Typical damping rates are substancially improved when compared to stock... or should I say 'there's no comparison'.
Bear in mind that coilover setup's are most often purchased for use in the autocross arena, but that shouldn't deter anyone from purchasing for street use.
Weird body kit though...
On another note... the body kit is from PTeazer designs. They're in the U.S. and have various body parts/kits available (chin spoiler, cowl hood, wide body kit, roll pans w/1 or 2 exhaust outlets, and 2 or 3 front facias, etc...). When I last contacted them (they're pretty pricey- but parts are made of urethane...the good stuff), they couldn't give me a timeframe for any productions.

I had a coil over kit on my Saturn L100 and it made a world of difference. It all just depends on what you are willing to put up with when you live in SoCal and the streets are full of potholes.
