That is so illegal. You just can't take GM images like that, put them on a shirt, and sell them. Total copyright infringement.
I can't believe eBay would allow that...but then again, I'm sure they can't police every auction.

I drew up some images for our CafePress clothing site that had hand-drawn bowties in them and they would not allow it as the bowtie is a registered GM trademark.

The little people rarely get caught, but that doesn't make it right.
Boycott that guy - don't buy 'em!

They could've at least spruced them up a bit rather than two stock images ironed on.
