Z-Man 08-23-2006, 05:18 PM Hey Pat
Sounds like you are planning a get together. :thumb: Should I start saving my gas money. So this City boy can drive out to the Boonies again from the South East side of Chicago. Ha! Ha! Ha!
I would need to contact B/B & Novadiecast so I can follow them again,
(One of them has the GPS) Ha! Ha! Ha!
Gas here is $302 a gal as of last night in Hammond IN.
Later
stay safe

My husband & I are new members too and I want to welcome you to the elite HHR group! I have not ever been made to feel as welcome as I have here. We are from the Quad-Cities and have only had our Spring Edition HHR for 3 weeks! We have 3 grown children (none in the QC area:( ) Two live in the suburbs of Chicago and one lives down by St. Louis. We have 2 beautiful grandson's who live in the Chicago suburbs also. We are excited about heading to Branson, MO in a few weeks and meeting some of these GREAT people on this Mid-Central forum!
Z-Man 08-27-2006, 11:48 AM Let me know when you are coming to the Suburbs of Chicago, I would be more then glad to drive over to meet you. There are a few of us in this area
we could meet for a Pizza or something. Enjoy your HHR Send me a PM when your know.

As far as pics. I still haven't figured out how to post them.

We are actually closer to Iowa City (and have a neice who attends college there!) so depending on the sport, it's either Haweye or Illini! Our girls went to Northern Illinois and our son went to Southern Illinois/Edwardsville but we never got into "rooting" for either of those! Where in Iowa are you located? If you're ever near the QC, give us a heads up, we'd love to meet ya!
Pizzaman 08-29-2006, 09:13 PM WElcome both of you new members!!!! Even though I am from indiana, I consider myself a member of this group. My kids and I made it to the run in Peoria and we loved meeting all of the interesting characters in the region. If anyone happens to get near indy or cincy, we are in between, look me or us up! I hope you both end up loving your rides as much as we love ours.:thumb:
