I enjoy working with my Paint Shop and Animation Shop program, as many of you may have noticed. I have been receiving requests from members through PM asking me to put something together for them, so I thought it would be nice to offer this service to other forum members.

If you are interested, please provide me with 2 or 3 photos of your HHR or other appropriate images you would like used in your HHR tag and I will be happy to put something together for you. If you have something special in mind, please let me know what it is, and I will do my best to accomodate your requests. At this time, these will be HHR related tags only. If you have a special request, please feel free to PM me and I will handle those on an individual basis, as time permits.

When your requests are done, I will post them here on this thread for you to pick up. I have set up a special account at photobucket for your tags, but would greatly appreciate it if you would save them to your computer and upload them elsewhere, if possible.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I look forward to providing this service to forum members. I will get these done as quickly as possible, but if there is a delay, please be patient, I will get to your requests in the order they are received.

I'm loving mine. Though when I uploaded it as a gif, it was smaller. Resaved it as a jpeg, no problems.

Please refrain from posting graphics that would be offensive to others. Let's keep this a fun thread please, and use HHR photos as our centerpiece. ;)

Please post a photo of your HHR and your bike and I'll see what I can do about making something with some animated flames around it. That will take a little longer for me to do once the photos are received, but I'll see what I can come up with. Please be advised, that since I add my signature to these graphics, that they will be designed at my discretion.

go to chevyhhr.net gallery and upload sig from computer
copy file name from gallery
go to User CP or use Quick Links to got to Edit Signiture
paste sig file name

Thanks Mike...those are great instructions. The only thing I would like to add, is if you want to have your tag centered in the post, highlight all the text in your signature box after it's all there. A quick way to do that is to place cursor in the box and hit the ctrl key and A on your keyboard, the select the align center icon and it will add the centering codes. When all that is done, click on preview signature to make sure everything looks right before you save it. It will then appear in every post you have made on the board.

You need to save it as a jpeg file. That's why the one in your sig is smaller than the one that you copied from Deb's post. I did the same thing at first. Just resave it and use the dropdown menu for file type and choose jpeg instead of gif. Then you won't lose size!:D

Nope...it wont let me change it. Dont know what else to do. When I save it to my comp it only gives me gif and bitmap as options. Gif is what you see now and bitmap wont download to the site. Any other ideas?

You're right I forgot one step I had to do. After I saved it, I opened the file and THEN resaved it as a jpeg. it should give you that option then.

You are doing a great job with the signatures. Could you make one for PITTSBURGH HHR. We are asking an awful lot of him and I noticed he doesn't have one. He has some picts in the Gallery, they may need cropped but I think it would be a nice gesture. I don't know if he is a Steelers fan but I will try and get a helmut image if you want one.

Hey Kiddo...been waiting for you to stop by. :lol: You'll need to post some pics for me of what you want, like the rims and a side view or two of an orange HHR, so I can put them on the car. Also, do you want just the letters MVP or Mike aka MVP? I do some searching for additional props for the tags, but I need the people requesting them to provide the bigger stuff...or at least a link to what they want me to use, if they don't know how to add them in a thread. Quick lesson here on copy and paste. :smile:

To copy, hold down left mouse button and scroll over everything you want to copy, so it is highlighted.
Let go of left mouse button.

Hold down ctrl button and press the c key and this will copy what you have highlighted.

Go to where you want to paste the text you just copied and hold down ctrl and the v key and it will paste the text where you selected.

Robin...here's the tag I put together for you. All you need to do is upload it to your gallery here and add it to your signature box. Just copy the BB code from your album and click on User CP, then edit signature. Paste the code in there and click on preview signature. If you are happy with it, click save and you are done. If you would like it centered, place your cursor in the text box and highlight all your text...then click on the align center icon which is below your font selection and it will add codes to center whatever is in your signature box. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Only thing I could suggest Jim would be posting in regional threads. Don't think there is any other way to find out. That's how I found the Colorado members on the forum...that and just watching info under usernames to the left.

Ok...Coyote...I'll wait for the 3rd pic. I can do something animated...but last beware a couple people have complained about animations...but I'll try to keep it to a minimum. I'll do one w/o animation too. :thumb:

BB - upload the sig into your album and copy the BB code. Then go to UserCP up above and select edit signature. Go down and add that code in with your other stuff and select preview sig to make sure it works. Once that is done and you're happy with it you can save it. :thumb:

I ran with an idea while waiting for the other photo. I'll still do another one with just the car or any other idea you have. Let me know what you think of this one. :smile:

I'm so glad you're pleased with it. I went in search of Stitch pics afte I saw your request and when I saw tha one, I thought to myself...he would fit right in and I could make his eyes blink. No excessive animation and that would keep the masses happy too. The "Disney HHR" idea I'll have to credit to Mike from SoCalHHR's. He made me a tag with his new program and I've put it below.

Deb this is really nice of you...here is my yet unnamed HHR(Panama City Beach),my son Geoff who I am so proud of(at my sister's house in NJ),and a sunset shot I took at Dauphin Island AL (Pre-Katrina) where Susie and I used to like to go to relax.The folks there have rebuilt,but they took a beating.Thanks Deb for all you do!!

First, http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y41/blackwelsh13/Smileys/bf54f4bf.gif to the site. Second go to the userbars and copy only this part: http://www.chevyhhr.net/images/sigs/blue.jpg then go to User CP, signatures, and paste in the signature using the postcard icon from above. Hope this helps.

Smoke Wagon...I used the 2nd set of pics you posted and made the sig my standard 500 X 100 and added a small border. SlvrFox...I just resized yours to the standard 100 height and it's a little shorter than the others, but I didn't want to change anything else without you asking.
