To answer a FAQ, if you wish to unsubscribe from email notification:

Go you your UserCP (http://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/usercp.php?)
Click on Edit Options (http://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions)
In the “Default Thread Subscription Mode” box, select “Do not subscribe” or choose the weekly subscription options form the dropdown.
