Hot Import Nights is just like it says. Its a car show full of the hottest trends in the import industry and displaying some of this sickest cars this side of the silver screen. According to their flyer it will be in Phoenix, AZ and called NightShift. Tickets are $25 for walkaround and Car Reg is $55. I am trying to get my HHR set for the show and registered ahead of time only thing missing is a set of wheels! I hate these 16's. So I have a couple of weeks to find them. ANYWAYS..... it looks to be at Firebird race way on October 14 from 4pm to 11pm. Here is a link to the Phoenix part of the show::::: HIN (http://www.hotimportnights.com/events/event.asp?id=180)

Anyone is welcome to register but I believe you have to have at least 5 modifications to compete. As far as I have seen I will have the only HHR there IF they allow me to enter. With a name like hot IMPORT nights I am a little skeptical as to my owning a chevy. I am not looking to take home any trophies I just want people to see what can be done with the awesome autos! :one:

EDIT:::: Just found out that I will not be eligible to showcase my HHR since the MINIMUM requirements include aftermarket wheels and tires. I cannot show an HHR with Cobalt SS wheels or the 17" HHR wheels. This being said I am still going to go but will walk around and be taking pics all night!

Sounds good. Some of the guys from my car club here in Tucson may go as well. And it looks as though I may have a date! Not keeping my hope up though! HAHA! I remember going to the first one of these in SanDiego back at the end of highschool. Lots of fun. Hot cars, hot women, loud music... what more could you want?

Seems weird that factory wheels would "disqualify" a car, considering the fact that so many cars come with WAY COOL wheel/tire combos from the factory these days. I think the polished 17's Chevy came up with for the HHR are GREAT. Maybe what's needed is an alternative to HIN called "Hot Domestic Nights" (GRIN) "SS" Mike
