Possible dates for Atlantic city cruise:
1. Weekend of March 23-25.
2. weekend of March 29-31
3. Weekend of April 13-15
4. Weekend of April 20-22
Need to start getting this together. Any other suggestions?

I suggest the first choice due to the nice cool weather that time of year.

Maybe we should check with the events planner that John contacted and see what dates are available. Lets not get the cart before the horse here.....

Plenty of time to get this done but we have to be sure we have our ducks in a row with everyone, especially the people that we are dealing with that are going to help us plan it. I really think this event planner person is going to be a great asset for us so that we don't have to make numerous trip to this area to get things worked out and set up.

I think we need to discuss available dates with the event planner first then post possible dates.

We just received a commitment yesterday for the Smithville location 12 miles outside of AC for March 30-31 2007. Now we need a commitment from our members. Our goal is 50 cars to show up for this event. Additional details will follow, including event information, Hotel accommodations and other great ideas we have for the meet.
