Today my wife was at the dealer picking up her NOX(had running boards and sunroof put in but thats another story). She brings home a flyer for a car show on Oct 28.
The flyer said open to ALL Chevy's. I sent an email off to get some more information. I might look into putting mine in the show if nothing else just for the fun of it. I also said I might have a few other owners intrested.
So any takers?
I will have more info hopefully before are g2g next weekend, but will post it as soon as I know more.
I do know cost is 25.00 and day of show is 30.00

Update....I got an email back and here is the good news :thumb:

"Yes, your HHR's are welcome in our car show. It's interesting since we debated about adding a class for HHR's but some how it was eliminated from our flyer. If you are interested in attending our show, we will make sure you are included in a category. My initial vote would be for us to establish an HHR category. Before I commit I will have to check with our sponsor, Thorobred Chevrolet, to make sure we are covered on awards.

I will let you know on Monday if we will be able to establish a separate category your HHR's or under what classification they would be entered."

If anyone would like to join, let me know and I will get you the forms and have them for you this weekend. :thumb:

Since I haven't done anything to my car yet, I'm not interested in entering, but would be happy to go along and hang out with everyone!

If you want to enter I am sure you might run a good chance of winning, if they make a class for us. They way it sounds is that we would be the only ones
I will give you the info next weekend.

I was thinking more along the lines of coming to recruit for our "Challenge". I have 500 cards that I ordered! It would be great to have recruit enough to beat the record with one state/one run!

I am definitely in on this one.... $25 on the 28th at a Chevy dealer? Sounds like it might be decent.

Ok for those of you that might want to check out the car show here are some details....
Date 10/28/06
Time 8:00-3:00 Registration starts at 8 closes at 10:15
Place Thorobred Chevy Chandler 2121 N Arizona Ave.

This is an all chevy show so it should be nice.

Not that I am counting on winning anything but I wil be putting mine in the show along with en0oNmAI (Jason). They will have an HHR class so at this time I may have a 50/50 chance at winning

Hope to see some of the other local HHR owners there at least checking this out. :thumb:
