Dan and Sandy Broderick from Gallatin, TN are in Colorado. As many of you may know, Dan heads up the MidTNHHR club and was instrumental in putting together the Biltmore Bash. They came out for a surprise birthday party for his sister and were headed for Estes Park. We talked on the phone several times and set up a time to meet one another after they arrived.

Since our highways are somewhat confusing, I told them I would meet them just outside the airport property and we could go from there. I will let Dan fill you in on trying to find his way out of the airport after picking up their rental HHR. :lol:

Anyway...once we hooked up, we went to Village Inn for breakfast and had a great time talking about HHR's and life on the forums. Had some great laughs over breakfast (think waitress thought we were a little nuts...way maybe more than a little) :lol: Got to see their great pictures from the Biltmore Bash and heard all about the fun they had.

We took some pictures before breakfast of the cars and then some afterwards as well. Here's the ones that I took and I'm sure Dan will be along to share the ones he took as well. Could be a couple days, as he wasn't sure when he'd have access to the internet. ;)

If you ever get a chance to meet these two people...jump at the chance. They are a great couple and a ton of fun to talk to. Dan & Sandy...thanks for breakfast, food was great and company was even better. :D

I had the pleasure of meeting both of them at the Biltmore Run. Two beautiful people. Dan is nuts. lol He was so funny. Can't wait to see them at next year's run.

Sandy and I really wanted to do more for Courthouse Deb, but
we only had a little time, so we bought breakfast.

Deb is the sweetest ladies we have had the pleasure of knowing.

We wanted to say thx to her for all that she does for all of the forumns
that she is a member of, and it seems she would do just about
anything to help anyone with anything. :bow: :bow:

I will post later the adventures we had trying to get out of the Denver
airport circus. What a complex!!! And I've seen a few in my time, let
me tell you.

BTW, we had a wonderful family weekend with my family and my "NEW"
family, those of the HHR fame... You know who I mean!!!!

I always enjoy doing things for others. That's the way my folks brought me up...if you've got the means and know how to do something for someone else, it's the right thing to do. I really do miss them both a ton, but I'm sure they are very pleased knowing how much I enjoy the HHR and the people it has brought me in contact with.
