To make this a successful event we need serious commitments from our members. We need to provide our Event Coordinator with a head count so we can begin planning and coordinating this event. Including Hotel accommodations, breakfast or lunch plans with coin bonus and other ideas soon to be announced. Please let us know if you are serious about attending this Meet. Our goal is to have 50 cars show up. Listed below are some ideas we have, there will be a small fee to cover expenses, which has not been determined. We are flexible and open to suggestions to make this a successful meet.

Saturday - Breakfast Buffet with coin bonus for casino TBD
Saturday - HHR Meet at Smithville location Trophies for several categories TBD
Saturday - HHR Cruise
Saturday - Dinner

Agree Mike. I'm assuming some people may be looking for more details about the meet. We have a few not sure counts, may be can find out more about that and increae the count to 12.

I have to change to a no go for that weekend. Will be in Arizona for a wedding. If date changes or engagement breaks (jk) I will try to come.

im in still, but i won a trip to vegas March 11-14th. So hopefully the dats you have listed at the end of March are good. Let me know so we can plan. We live about 6hours away...so deifintely not a spur of the moment trip for us. We need a lil more definites from you. Thanks.

I sure wish I could join all of you for this run.I grew up a little ways up the road from "Lucky Town" in Ocean County.My sister still lives in Brick,and I get up there about once a year.My vacation this year will be around the Fourth of July unfortunately.Maybe I can meet some of you then.:smile:
