Are those shots of a LS or 1LT with regular suspension or of a 2LT with sport suspension? Not that it would make a difference to anything but the shocks and springs. You didn't happen to take any pictures of the rear suspension setup did you? :confused:

It is a 2LT. These are the only ones I took. I will take more later.

It would have been nice. They should have at least put them on 2LTs. They gave us sports suspension so they should have included 4 wheel disk also. I'm sure a conversion kit will come along soon.

It depends on how you like your ride. The sport suspension is stiffer with less body roll and 17" rims so you feel alot more of the road. You lost some of you communication with the road with the standard suspesion and have more body roll but the trade of is a smoother ride.

I got a 1LT and haven't driven a 2LT. Mine has a great ride. How much better is the ride compared to the 2LT.

Its not really better, the 2LT is just stiffer than a LS or 1LT . My first test drive was in a 1LT with the 2.4 option. It was a little bouncier and there was a little more body roll in turns compaired to the 2LT. But when you went over a pot hole with the 1LT you weren't jarred quite as much as the with the 2LT. I ended up buying a 2LT and personaly like the additional stiffness and 17" rims the sports suspension provides.

I have driven all 3 and it really comes down to preference. I feel there is a noticeable difference (not a large difference, but enough) between the LS and the LT's. If you have a 1 LT you have a good ride, I have the 2LT w/t Sports Tuned Suspension and I feel it handles corners very well, but I couldn't give you a definitive difference between the 2....just my .02's worth! :D

There are lots of things you can do to improve your suspension. Shocks, springs, coil over shocks, air ride suspension, sway bars, stiffer bushings, better caster/camber plates plus lots of other stuff will all impove your suspension. It all depends on your personal tastes and how you plan on using your HHR.
