I'm up for anything. We could go to Jerome for lunch? Not expensive, great drive up the 89A with SNOW on the ground. Lunch and hanging out in Jerome for a couple of hours?

Jerome sounds ok. But, I don't do cold very well. Rather go south....maybe to "wine country", Patagonia (lake), Bisbee, etc.:cool: :cool:

But, probably would do anything.

Opps, just remembered....may have jury duty starting Jan. 10. Won't know till then.:( You know the way our state organizes things. Heck, I'm in the East Valley and they send me to NW Phoenix for jury duty......go figure. And, I have 2 court buildings within 6 miles of my house.:confused:

I am up for almost anything. I hate snow and cold also but a day trip up north could be fun.

I agree about the weather... was just there this past Sunday, snow on the 89A Between Prescott and Jerome. None on the ground in Jerome... although the fire department did have their chains ready to go! Bisbee sounds great...just not sure I could swing an overnighter so close to the holidays... or before the trip to Disney.....

being that tombstone isn't a very long drive I can do either day. Doesn't matter to me.

I'm thinking of doing both days... will probably stay at the tombstone inn on Sat night. I'm supposed to have lunch on Sat with an business associate in tucson. But will be in Tombstone both Sat and Sun:cool:

Thanks for the invite, my friend - however, this is the VERY busy time of year for me and the wifey. We are gub-mint workers (Her: State, Me: Municipal) and with the State Legislature back at work as of today, we will be busy for a while. Budgets don't create themselves, you know! Anyway, the good thing is we are pretty free the majority of the rest of the year, so perhaps another time. We've already got two vacations planned for this year, closer to summertime, but will have chances to do shorter trips closer to home in-between. See you then!

Excellent translation skills, my friend: Only thing is, "pendejo" is an EXTREME way of saying stupid (noun usage) or idiot. It's like trying to demonstrate the difference between simply saying "stupid" and "Wow! I can't believe you just did that, you f-in IDIOT!" The way I see it, listening to people's complaints best provides evidence that their miserable situations and experiences can only be improved upon by themselves. Sounds good to me so far. Actually for the 27th I don't think my little one will be there. However, things have worked out the best between Niki and I and both her and her 8 year old will be there with me. As for the Cortaro spot.. what hotel are you staying at Retro? If you're staying closer to the middle of Tucson we could meet near Broadway and the freeway. I think there's a burger king there or something. Or we could just do Cortaro. It doesn't matter to me. I just need to get my car washed and then you all can see my new key mark and dent! Woohoo! Fun for all! See ya'll soon!

Sat sounds like fun. I want to meet one of my brokers for lunch as well, he can join us. It's just a fun lunch... no business to discuss, buying him lunch as a thank you for his hard work! I'm thinking the boys and I will be in Tombstone Friday night, then we are only an hour away from Tucs on Sat. Will probably just leave after work on Friday and head that way!

Hi folks. Our house is going to be shown (Open house) on Sunday, so my daughter and I will meet you guys at the Carl's/BK near I-10 and Broadway exit. (Wife has to work). We're planning on getting there around 11AM. Hope Snoopy and "D" can make it down too. Let's hope it's not snowing again!(GRIN)
