Let us to God sincerely hope. Directed E has been spouting out the release of this product since November of last year.
And yep, we are STILL waiting.

Lol, I know I was told about it over a year ago.

DEI is notorious for missing release dates...

It says it won't work woth the Pioneer system. Anyone know if the SIR-PNR1 works with it?

I'm not connecting here. The SIRGM1 is designed to work with 2003+ GM systems. The SIRPNR1 is designed to work with "aftermarket" Pioneer Sirius ready units.

The OEM/stock label on top of my HHR radio states 'Panasonic, made in China'. Some of the PIE, Soundgate, etc interfaces will work with SIRXXX1 units when matched with the interface, but on the HHR all I've heard/read is that they won't work.

My experience with interfaces has been they glitch like crap and there's always a problem with them. I used a PIE and a Soundgate on my Toyota before I pulled the OEM radio and put a Kenwood in. I want to keep my HHR stock radio, I need the SIRGM1.

I found the compatability sheet (http://www.sirius.com/pdf/manuals/SIR-GM1_Compatibility_Chart.pdf) on the Sirius website and the Chevy HHR is NOT listed! What a bummer!!!! :barf:
