Money in the Bank 05-18-2007, 12:10 PM ok ummm, a couple of things to tell ya. 1. on your site the customer service person "debbie" never helps at all! when you ask a question she'll just sign out of the conversation, and leaves you frustrated and rethinking ordering from you in the first place. 2. I was told you have ceramic cgs intakes in stock, but when my dad called to order me one for my birthday apparently there are none left. When will you be getting more in , and is there a waiting list i could get on.
MrVette 05-18-2007, 01:08 PM I placed an on-line order yesterday for one and got an e-mail back stating it should be here on wednesday. I will let everyone know when it arrives. :thumb:

I talked with Debbie about this and looked at the chat logs to try and figure this out. The chat logs show several inquiries from "taylor" so I think that is you.
1. There are several chat requests from "taylor," and each one shows Debbie answering your inquiry. Many of them show the chat ending 15 to 20 seconds after her response, which indicates that either the window was closed by you, or possibly there is a compatibility problem with your web browser and the chat. We also list our phone number and have a contact form on our web site though which you can contact us if the chat is giving you any trouble. As far we can tell, neither one of us has had any contact with you outside of the live chat sessions.
2. I do not think either Debbie or myself ever spoke with your Dad. If we did we would have told him we have the intake in stock. We have no waiting lists. The intake is in stock now and has been in stock since March.
Here is what is really confusing me: You had asked in a chat session with Debbie on May 14 if your order was sent, and in that chat you wrote "it was bought by my dad over the phone." We tried to locate the order and found none, and I remember when this happened because Debbie asked me about it to see if I ever talked to you or your Dad.
I'm sorry if there has been some sort of misunderstanding. If you have any questions at all please contact me.

sounds like it to me as well. How about just saving up for it yourself so you can buy it without any issues?
crazyhorse 12-17-2011, 02:53 AM gotta stupid question . the powder coating is on the inside of the tube to keep the heat out ? what keeps the temp. cool at the incoming air charge ?
kwboydston 12-28-2011, 04:47 PM I believe it is drawing air from close prox to the wheel well, however I could be wrong that is just where I see it coming from now I have seen some that mod it to where it, the filter, is located in the cavity behind the right head lamp.....
