Hello All,

Does anyone know if this really works as advertised?

I have been seeing this performance module on Ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8033579713

Item number 8033579713 in case the link does not work)

I am wondering if anyone has tried this already, and if it really works as advertised. Is say the following:

NEW AND IMPROVED PERFORMANCE
MORE HORSEPOWER AND TORQUE
HIGH-HEAT SIGNAL CORRECTION
FASTER THROTTLE RESPONCE
LOWER IDLE TAKE OFFS
50 STATES LEGAL
DESIGNED FOR YOUR VEHICLE
CURRENTLY THE BEST PRODUCT ON THE MARKET IN ITS CLASS!

I was just wondering if this module does what is says, and if someone has tried it. Any suggestions????

Thanks,

What type RC racing do you do? Indoor or off road? I just got back into it with my boys. We are driving associated RC10T's

I used to race-auto cross, drag, rally, time trials, street, etc. Then, when I lost my leg, I could no longer drive my manual 77 Z. I planned on doing a Chevy small block/auto swap but got married, had kids, and had to give up my car. I still plan on building something with my son in the near future.

However, shortly after getting out of the hospital, a friend and I bought an RC-10. We found an RC racetrack near our home and began racing. He never got into it, but I was hooked. I have about 10 cars. I have raced off road, oval, and road racing, in both 10 and 12 scale. By far, my favorite was the 12th. The races were the longest (8 minutes), lots of plastic fender banging, and the same thrill or racing the real cars. Again, family life and the local track going out of business have temporarily stopped me. But I still have the equipment and hope to get back into it soon. There is nothing like it. And it really gives you a chance to be creative and come up with some interesting ideas (some good, some bad).

Yeah, There are a couple close to us. Johnny Coolguy's in Euless is pretty nice. http://www.johnnycoolguy.com. They just opened a brand new one in Midlothian. Haven't been there yet, but it is only about 10 minutes from the house, so I am sure I will spend some time there in the future. They just completed the track last week. Their adddress is: 3461 Plainview Road Midlothian, TX. Open on weekends and evenings. Traxaas dealer too.

I believe that FREE BEER is the only thing that would offset the price of the gasoline to drive up there. I'm on my way!
