How cool is that! I can finally see were all the design elements and accessories for the HHR come from.

would have liked to have a better pic of the dash, though.

I sorta wish GM would have maintained the size of the '49 with the HHR, to compete with the mid sized SUVs. Not complaining about my HHR...The size of the '49 is much more appealing IMO.

I agree sort of about the size. Remember though that if the HHR was bigger so would the price tag be. One reason the HHR has been a success is that it is reasonably priced. Some of the cars are just outrageous. I mean Ford makes a lot of good cars but they are very expensive like the edge and Fusion.

Man that car probably weighs twice as much as a HHR, there goes the gas mileage.
Cool car though...

But then it may as well be a Suburban. Couldn't be much bigger and still be on the cobalt platform.

I suppose if they did make it any bigger, say with a V6 or something, it would have been an SSR with 4 doors and a hatch. :thumb: Or perhaps they could have used the smaller Blazer platform (the V6 version)..

yeah, I would have bought a bigger version, even with a bigger price..but perhaps it would not have been so successful...who knows..I agree that the price of the HHR made it more attractive for the consumers.
