Cool, I moved to Michigan (because of job) from the wonderful village of Doylestown.

I miss it back there, we had more cows than people in the county.

I'm an Ohio boy that is lost in MI, for now.

I would be down for that but on friday i got into a wreck in my HHR with TEMP tags still on car and no payment book in hand. It should be fun to hear from insurance agent today. I will try to keep you guys upto date on what is going on. I hope the dont total it out because this is the best car that i think chevy has ever made, and one of the funnest cars i have driven in a long time. I will be looking for a new one again if it is totalled out, but only time will tell.

They are totalling it out. we are waiting to hear how much we are going to get. There has been talk that we will get 17000 - 18200 for the car, so yes we will be back in an other HHR. They need to hurry up because i hate driving my girls cavi while she drives the trailblaizer, rental.

Glad to hear that they are taking care of it. If your looking for a good guy to buy from see Rob Bello at terry lee chevy hes the sales manager there and a good friend of my wifes. Just tell him that chris and holly pelfrey sent you to him. I dont get anything out of it but hes easy to deal with and a super nice guy. Good luck on the new one!

Well we got the new HHR wednesday. Progressive gave us 18,500 for our wreck HHR with 15,500 miles on it :eek: So we put 3 down on a brand new with no miles and got the dark silver lt with satin crome package. payments are 4 dollars cheaper a month with gap insurance included. :beer: Got my alpine hu, subs, and amp on the way. We are gonna have to get a cruse in or little meet going her within the next couple of weeks, of course after i get the rest of the stuff ordered installed. you guys just let me know what you are thinking and we, finance and i, will see what we got going on.

Here are the pics the dealer took. They said what you can see in the pics is 12,440 worth of damage. They said the engine cradle and engine mounts were done too. They would have had to rebuild the whole front end of the car again. Progressive gave us 18,500 for it. I will get more pics, before they stripped it, i haven't uploaded them from my camera yet. I will get pics of the new car also.

They did total it. They gave us 18,500 for it. Our payout was 14,500. We got a brand new, right off the showroom floor LT for 16,900 + free gap insurance, dealer cost, put 3 grand down, 4 yr, 75000 mile warranty, and 1 brand new set of tires, when needed, out of this deal. We made out pretty good. I will get pics of the new one once it warms up and i can give her a nice bath.

i was going southbound and a lady thought that she could go westbound from on drive way to another. when she pulled out i was right there. I was doing 30 mph and i had no way of trying to stop. I hit her doing every bit of that 30 mph. she was driving a 90 something ford taurus. i hit her twice the first one was on the pass. front wheel and the second one was when the car spun together and hit again behind the pass rear door. The hhr was able to be driven up on the truck, while her car had to be pulled up, her front wheel was at a 45 degree angle in the wheel well and about a 1/3 of the wheel was pushed way up in there. I walked away with a sore back and neck, but im doing pretty good right now with no pain and no stiffness, this is after 2 weeks of flexerille and a heat pad. for me to walk away not really hurt was a great thing so we bought an other HHR. Im am really glad my fiance wasnt in the car because she is 5 months pregnant. Oh the hell they would have gone through if she lost my baby.

The fiance and i work on weekends but we are off by 4pm or so, and she would want to get all cleaned up so 530-6pm any Saturday or Sunday would be easy to do. if this was to be something like a meet or what not i dont see why we couldnt take a saturday off and enjoy the whole day with fellow HHR owners. The more people the better. Let me know what you guys where thinking, and lets get the ball rolling.

I may make and effort and try and find him and invite him/her to Cedar Point so they can see what kind of respect there is for people that drive a common vehicle. I've ridden a Harley for 30 years and everyone has a different taste, to each their own...but we are all brothers and respect each other. Same with the two MINIs I had and one was an every event trophy winner!

Make sure you say how you don't like the color of my HHR, or my ugly Black wheels, it's not low enough...what about that tailpipe or that black chrome...oh don't forget MY UGLY wing....

The girlfriend & I saw the Grinch mobile and were laughing or asses of this past winter.

Just picked mine up Monday, last day of 0%. Here in Newark, Ohio. They had to bring it down from the lot in Pataskala, it had written on the windsheild 150 MPH, 34 mpg

Every friday-nite there's a large car show in Milford on the east side of Cincy!

No joke, 200+ auto's @ Kroger/Steak-n-Shake just west of 275 on route 28!

There's always a broad range of great cars....everything.
