Thank you, Bud baby!! I guess lots of people haven't named their cars - and also, that there are some coming who aren't forum members, right?? And, hey, I thought the snakepit car was coming? We have room for 30, right?

Now, just keep adding to the list - I bet we'll get them!! If you post it, they will come :one: . What other chance do we get to strut our stuff AND see a bunch of beautiful SSRs??

Thank you, I got it... will send it in tomarrow. I am looking forward to it. I took Kris out today and almost got her into a black HHR Panel Van. Hey PerezHHR let me just say one thing about stock. The looks of the STOCK HHR is what got me to buy it. So if your HHR is stock PLEASE don't let that stop you from coming to DejaVous Rendevous. Some really do like it STOCK, some like it MILD, and some like it WILD. Some do a few mods, some don't, some do them quick and some take a while. This event is ABOUT HARVEY and HIS STOCK, MILD, and WILD friends. You will be missed and your the only one that will be missing out on having some fun and meeting some GREAT PEOPLE.

See ya down the road

Gotta agree Perez!! It doesn't matter if it is rollin' on stocks or 20s, we all just want to see thirty HHR's in one place. I have done one meet and greet and it was so much fun, not to mention..it you want to see and learn about all the mods, you gotta go. Hope to see you there, my reg. is in the mail.

UMA - did you go to Anaheim Chevy? They were on Euclid, but are moving over close to McPeek Dodge (Anaheim Blvd near Ball) while their new facility is being built. Go talk to GINA the service manager and tell her Cheri the Daytona Blue woody lady sent you. She's not in sales, but sometimes name-dropping helps. Gina is a doll and the woody kit was HER idea on my car.

AND, Mr. PEREZHHR --- if you take off our wheels, both Uma and I look pretty darn stock -- we are beautiful either way. And this is also about the experience and making some friends too. Believe me, I know personally of 2 stock cars signed up.

Uma

Yeah went to Anaheim Chevy at the new local, not really operating yet, but they did have the panel van. I have bought many vehicles from them. they have been good to me. Thanks for the tip though, Kris is going down tomarrow to look at a 2006 maroon HHR Lt2, problem is it is a GM buy back, you know "lemon law", it is supposed to be fixed, and with full warranty. $14,500 with 6750 miles on it. Any words of wisdom? Todd (uma)

Hey Perez like everyone has siad it doesn't matter if it's stock, it's anHHR and thats what counts. Can you imagine 30 of these rides in the same place at the same time, or all running a lap at the speedway together? That's gonna be awesome. I don't know your situation, but if being stock is the only reason for not coming then I say you don't have any reason for not coming. Either way I hope to see ya there and I know it's gonna be a blast.

Bud worked endless months to organize this :one: and obtain our wonderful door prizes :red: - (yes, I was a lucky winner!) and I just want to be the first to say that I will be back next year. This was SOOO much fun and I can't even begin to mention all of the people that I was fortunate to meet and spend many hours with today.

Along with Bud, I just want to say that many came from far away, from busy schedules re-arranged, and sat in blinding sun at time, with grace and humor and big smiles...and I don't know WHO would say that it wasn't worth every second!!

We came, we caravanned, we CONQUERED!
We played, we joked, we bonded!
We photo'd, we video'd and we LAPPED our ceremonial laps...

Photos, slideshows, and videos to come...

Could not agree more!! It was so much fun. It was go good to see everyone, and yes...Kudos to Bud, it was great. I don't know about anyone else, but for me..seeing 20 HHR's rollin' down the freeway was sweet!! You couldn't have wiped the smile off my face with a brick to the head. More later..still giddy as a school girl.

Great day! Great cars! Great people!... And great dog! We loved Endo!

It was great to see old friends and we also loved meeting new friends. Bud did a great service to us and it is obvious that we all realize what a labor it was and I hope he realizes how much we appreciate him. (Don't forget to say Happy Birthday to him tomorrow!)

It was a hot day and I'm sure I am not the only one with a bit of a sunburn today, but it was worth every second. There is going to be a lot of great pictures and videos from this event and I can't wait to see them. My camera is still in the car so I haven't even looked at the ones we took yet.

As bud mentioned, we'll put up pictures an videos on his site at http://www.bud-harvey.com. And for those that asked, the URL to order more merchandise is http://www.cafepress.com/fieroperf/3225236.

I look forward to seeing you all at the next event!

Well, we finally made it home today after spending an extra day visiting with relatives. We are still hanging on to the incredible memories of yesterday. It was surely the best get together we've been to yet. Bud has great organizational and planning skills. I'm still amazed at how he was able to pull all of this off. We wanted to THANK YOU and to tell you we appreciate all of your hard work, Bud.:thumb:  :one::yourock:

We had such a good time visiting  with old friends and meeting new ones. Who would have thought we could spend an entire day talking HHR. I don't even want to mention how many prizes I won. I might not get invited back next year, but the red valve cover is going to look awesome on my car.:breakdanc Now I have to buy an intake to put on, so that you can see the valve cover, but wait, I also won a gift certificate to the Truck Shop. That will help.

Bud is in the planning stages for another G2G in February. It was fantastic to see 20 HHRs together. Come on Western Region, let's see if we can get 30, 40, maybe even 50 HHRs together at one time. We went to an event hosted by our "big brother", the SSR club. They had 50 SSRs there.

Thanks again, Bud, for all of your hard work, and it was so nice to finally meet your wife, Barbara.:birthday:

I want to give a big THANK YOU TO BUD AND HIS WIFE AND ALL THE SPONORS for yesterday.
It was good to meet new people and say hi to old friends. It was great that members drove hundreds of miles to come to this event.

I too would like to thank Bud in everything he put together for all of us... it was definatley a blast... Mike and I were like kids in a candy store on the track... that was surely one of the highlights of the entire day...

Bud you did a wonderful job... Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication... Thank you to all the sponsors who donated prizes and who also hosted us throughout the day... the drive from one place to another was fun and eye-cathing for some fellow drivers:eek: I guess it would be a little mindblowin for those driving a dirty unpersonalized vehicle along side all of our spectacular HHR's...

I will definatley try and plan more time for next years event, and make more time for the races...

Hope everyone made it home safely... I will be posting the pictures I took tomorrow... things came up today and my time just got away from me...

thanks again for welcoming Mike and I (plus our kids) we felt right at home...:D

Hope to do this again...

Hello all, Michelle, the kids and I are still here in newbury park visiting family until the 29th or 30th. I love seeing all the pics form the day. I tool close to 100 pics and a few short videos, and Idon't want to bugger up my moms computer with all of them so I'll need to wait until I make it home.
I would like to thank evryone how attended for their time and efforts to make this event such a success, without all of you there would be no reason. I would like to send a very special thanks to Bud for his hard work on putting this together and bringing us all together "Thanks Bud". I would also like to say thanks to MRJUMA for being such a great guy as to let my mom ride with him. "Thank You very much", she had a terrific time, if there is anything I can do for you, just let me know. And last but no where near least a big "THANKS" to Aaron Miller from the Ridgecrest P.D. for allowing my daughters first ride in a police car ( that I know of) be in the front seat.
My mom would also like to thank everyone for their welcoming attitudes and especially Bud for allowing her to come along with me and have a great day!
Thanks again to all and beware my pics will come soon:lol:
