YIKES! rcsart 06-17-2007, 11:42 PM What the heck are they thinking, or smoking for that matter? Deb and I do custom upholstery, yes it's always more expensive then production seat covers but DANG! Maybe she's in the wrong business, I've done custom Cadillac upholstery digitized the Cadillac crest and embroidered it on the seat inserts for less than $650.00 GD maybe you and I should talk.:guns: Thanks, Curtis & Deb :breakdanc terry44030 06-18-2007, 02:41 AM Someone on Ebay advertises custom seat covers for the HHR for 125.00 GDZHHR 06-18-2007, 08:18 AM Someone on Ebay advertises custom seat covers for the HHR for 125.00 If you look at the pics, they don't look like they fit well. TomsHHR 06-18-2007, 10:06 AM I found front seat covers at Wal-mart. They are close to the darker grey in the interior, have the seperate headrests and you can tuck them in around the plastic. All thats needed is to cut a hole and install the armrest on the outside of the cover. solman98 06-18-2007, 10:40 AM I read someplace about a warning for aftermarket seatcovers could disrupt the passenger side airbag sensor. banditt90 06-18-2007, 11:14 AM I guess i'll go over to Wally World and check them out, Thanks everyone nfboy 06-18-2007, 07:55 PM I read someplace about a warning for aftermarket seatcovers could disrupt the passenger side airbag sensor. That was to do with repalcement of the OEM leather covers I believe. TomsHHR 06-18-2007, 10:24 PM Those were dealer changed to leather seat covers. TomsHHR 06-18-2007, 10:25 PM Look at the headrest on your front seat and compare to the cover picture on the package.. HHRDreaming 07-15-2007, 10:13 PM We were just out this weekend looking for seat covers. We have the cashmere interior (non-leather). No luck either. We went to Truck and Van world and they couldn't even custom order any for us. We tried Canadian Tire and they have some universal covers that might work, but again, we couldn't get the front and back to match. Front was in the tan colour, but the rear was in gray! Go figure. oneton 07-15-2007, 10:21 PM I got a set for the front seats from one of our supporting vendor's PFYC they fit very nice. Be in about 4 weeks, still a nice fit. CK them out on there site. If I was good at it I would take a pic. but I have not put a pic of the wifes car up yet!!! I've been looking at those, just wish they'd make them for the rears too! The seats, not mine! oneton 07-15-2007, 10:57 PM Mike, same here! I have the light gray and it is/was a pain to keep clean, i don't mine as I have the rear seats down most of the time with a full matt. Black Rose 07-15-2007, 11:22 PM oneton, you have the power drivers seat? What style did you get? Leatherette, neoprene, velour? I found a set of front seat covers at Wal-mart that might do the trick, but I'd lose the use of the map pocket on the back of the drivers seat. |
