Powder coating of valve covers is now available.:D Intakes too!!

We are ready to start taking orders. Please go to our website to see sample colors and to order. As this is a custom service NO refunds will be available.

The price is $60. **This does NOT include the $100 core charge**. Shipping will be $25 in the U.S. (Not offering to Canada at this time but will ship to any US address for our Canadian friends.)

We ask for patience as this service will also rely on our ability to get back the cores.

For those who want their intakes done. You have a few options. The cost is $60 for the powder coating; shipping $25.

You can ship us yours or have one that you purchase shipped directly to us. We do have limited access to CGS intakes for those who wish to purchase one from us, the cost at this time will be $275 plus shipping. I know this may seem high, but it includes the shipping cost for us getting the item. We will be making NOTHING on the intake itself since we can't but in a large enough quantity for bulk rates.

We have one in stock now @ $260 + $25 shipping for a total cost of $285.

We hope that this works out for all of us and we can continue to offer this service for a long time. We can do other items on a one-off basis; wiper arms, brake drums & calipers. Whatever you can ship us and will stand up to 400+ temps.

Please email me at info@thehhrstore.com with any questions.

Thanks, Mike
The HHR Store

**Core charge will be refunded when we receive your valve cover. Core MUST be received within 14 days of receipt for full refund. This is to insure we can have a reasonable turn around on these.

Count me in on one... (as we talked about)

:thumb:

No core needed for BK...

Now just finding the time to get this darn thing off and cleaned up for you...

Already have the big plastic modesty cover off so it should be easier to access the valve cover.

You're welcome to use pictures of mine when it's done on your website... ;)

Here's a few more examples.......

The Candy Purple valve cover and CGS intake are going on my wife's, HHR MOM. The white w/red valve cover is going on Big Kahuna's Surf Wagon; we'll be installing it Saturday at the BBQ.

It's an overcast day so it's hard to tell how great these look. Here's a couple close ups. It's just not possible to show how awsome the Candy Purple looks and the white really pops!

Because of the time involved in doing the raised section another color, we're going to offer two options.

We'll sand down and polish the raised areas for free; for $20 extra we will do the raised area in the color of your choice. And of course you can choose to leave the cover a solid color too. (I guess that's 3 options. LOL!)

BTW, shipping on these will be $25. Because of the need for a quick turn around ALL will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Thanks all!

How much to powder coat my wheelchair black to match my other ride?

That would be cool, but I bet shipping a wheelchair is kind of a hefty fee, though.

Does anyone have a part number/price for a 2.2 valve cover? I'd love to have one of these but I don't want to put Stitch II out of commission to get it.

I don't think it would be bad. The frame is titanium so its only like 15lbs without the wheels.

I'm asking for others here.....

What year 2.2's did you order?? As the 07's are almost identical to the 2.4 (they don't have the VVT under Ecotec).

2007's. I didn't know there was a difference in the years. I wonder if the 07 2.2 will fit the 2006............

Yes, we can. Shipping would be the killer though. $100 for shipping, $90 per wheel for powder coating.

It depends on whay you want done on if we have your color powder in stock.

A safe guess is 2 weeks, complete. It also depends greatly on how quickly we get cores back.
